How long were you on the team and when?

Just over 2 years.

What responsibilities or titles did you have when you were there?

I helped at the front desk, and any where I was needed, but mostly I was a technician working up patients.

What did you learn while you were there?

A lot! When I came to the company I didn’t know anything about the eye industry

What are some things you wish you could have known before you joined the team? If you had known, would it kept you from joining?

NO, I enjoyed working for Dr. Pete Huffman and I really enjoyed working with my coworkers

If you could describe the office culture during your time there using only 3 adjectives, what would they be?

Great, wonderful and fun

What did you most enjoy about your time in the Huffman Family?

I loved that I learned so much and that everyone was so willing to teach me. I especially loved the family like atmosphere.

What caused you the most stress during your time there?

Learning the system and the equipment only because I did not know much about the industry be for I came aboard.

What are some ways that you think that the management could improve things?

When I worked there it was still pretty small so I felt like things were fine.

How did the job match your expectations? In what ways were you disappointed?

I wasn’t disappointed with the company or anyone or anything there. I only left because of the distance and the store hours.

Would you recommend this company to a close friend as a good place to work?

Of course, I loved working there.

What was your ultimate reason for leaving?

The distance and hours also the split days off.
